About the role
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to management and employees
- Develop and implement HR strategies consistent with Regional HR direction
- Oversee talent acquisition and performance management
- Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and implement initiatives
- Update monthly Talent metrics and HR KPIs for scope population
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Address employee concerns and oversee conflict resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Organizational Development
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
- Three to five plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
- Specialized training in employment law, compensation, and employee relations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and job specific software applications
