About the role

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to management and employees
  • Develop and implement HR strategies consistent with Regional HR direction
  • Oversee talent acquisition and performance management
  • Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and implement initiatives
  • Update monthly Talent metrics and HR KPIs for scope population
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Organizational Development
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
  • Three to five plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, and employee relations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and job specific software applications
