About the role

  • Provide orientation and microcomputer support to CEVA users
  • Respond to tickets via the corporate ticketing tool and handle email/internal communications
  • Provide technical assistance to other team members
  • Support CEVA users and regional sites
  • Consolidate data and report to responsible parties via the corporate ticketing system
  • Monitor the status of communication and data links
  • Manage inventory of IT supplies
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PCs, network equipment, and printers
  • Install applications and configure software and computer settings

Requirements

  • Degree in Technology or related field (in progress or completed)
  • Minimum: Technical English — reading and writing used daily
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the role, such as Windows, computer networks, printers, ticketing systems, and ITIL processes
  • Experience providing support for PCs, servers, and end-user support
  • Energetic and proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team
