About the role

  • Manage data / visibility / tracking / automation clients’ projects end-to-end, following APAC Project Management standards
  • Build relationship with Front Office to stay up to date on upcoming and ongoing implementations / client projects / control requests
  • Liaise regularly with RHQ for best practices sharing
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the flow of data, information, and processes within an organization.
  • Working with other departments and stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop plans to address them.
  • Design and implement monitoring and tracking systems to ensure that critical data and processes are accurately tracked and reported.
  • Analyze data and identify trends and patterns to inform decision-making and process improvements.
  • Develop and manage a team of flow engineers and monitoring specialists to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure that flow engineering and monitoring initiatives are aligned with broader IT and business strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices in flow engineering and monitoring.
