About the role
- Responsible for a portfolio of customers on a local level for all trades, incl VAS, Intermodal and Xsell.
- Have a clear understanding of the full potential of the customer for the CMA CGM group.
- Hunt for new business, shippers/forwarders to be selected to extend the customer portfolio.
- Promote and sell the full CMA CGM product portfolio, including maritime, value-added, intermodal, and digital solutions.
- Ensure high quality information track in CRM system, NOVA, for the allocated customers.
- Ensure correct and timely filing of rates and other chargeable elements in AQUA.
Requirements
- Strong commercial / negotiation skills
- High degree of decision quality and problem-solving skills
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of MS office software, Qliksense and NOVA
- Customer focus and result driven
- Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and collaborates effectively across functions
- Fully proficient in Dutch and English
