About the role

  • Responsible for a portfolio of customers on a local level for all trades, incl VAS, Intermodal and Xsell.
  • Have a clear understanding of the full potential of the customer for the CMA CGM group.
  • Hunt for new business, shippers/forwarders to be selected to extend the customer portfolio.
  • Promote and sell the full CMA CGM product portfolio, including maritime, value-added, intermodal, and digital solutions.
  • Ensure high quality information track in CRM system, NOVA, for the allocated customers.
  • Ensure correct and timely filing of rates and other chargeable elements in AQUA.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial / negotiation skills
  • High degree of decision quality and problem-solving skills
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of MS office software, Qliksense and NOVA
  • Customer focus and result driven
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and collaborates effectively across functions
  • Fully proficient in Dutch and English
