About the role
- Define and drive the overall strategy of the Social Club (editorial, business, platforms, partnerships)
- Monitor and optimize key KPIs: revenue, audiences, engagement, campaign delivery
- Manage, lead and develop multidisciplinary teams (editorial, performance, studio, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snap, Spotify, Twitch, etc.)
- Collaborate with the advertising sales team, newsrooms, marketing, communications and digital leadership
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) — e.g., business school, university, CELSA, Sciences Po or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, including at least 5 years in management, in a media, digital or creator-economy environment
- Proven experience in team management, business development and platform/partner relations
- Strong background in social media, content, data, audience development and monetization
- Fluent English is a plus
