About the role

  • Define and drive the overall strategy of the Social Club (editorial, business, platforms, partnerships)
  • Monitor and optimize key KPIs: revenue, audiences, engagement, campaign delivery
  • Manage, lead and develop multidisciplinary teams (editorial, performance, studio, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snap, Spotify, Twitch, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the advertising sales team, newsrooms, marketing, communications and digital leadership

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) — e.g., business school, university, CELSA, Sciences Po or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience, including at least 5 years in management, in a media, digital or creator-economy environment
  • Proven experience in team management, business development and platform/partner relations
  • Strong background in social media, content, data, audience development and monetization
  • Fluent English is a plus
