- Drive the strategic talent agenda to attract, develop, and deploy talent across the business
- Lead talent acquisition, organizational development, and succession planning efforts
- Implement organizational talent reviews and developmental action plans
- Collaborate with global teams to design and deploy talent initiatives
- Enhance employee experience and engagement throughout the lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Management including talent acquisition leadership experience
- Strong influential leadership with a proven track record in talent development programs
- Understanding and ability to apply project management principles
- Experience with executive coaching and psychometrics for leadership development
- Excellent stakeholder management
