About the role
- Managing, coaching, developing, and evaluating the employees in your team
- Leading the daily operations and responsible for achieving KPI’s and plans
- Making improvement proposals regarding the logistics process
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment (LEAN/5S)
- Conducting performance and assessment interviews, absence counseling
Requirements
- Hbo work and thinking level
- At least 3 years of work experience in a dynamic work environment
- Good command of the English language, verbally and in writing
- People manager by nature
- Ambitious, hardworking and stress resistant
- Experience in leading a team in a similar work environment
