About the role
- Preparation of reports, dashboards and analytical evaluations for Operations and Management
- Daily review and maintenance of central KPIs (inbound, outbound, inventory), including root-cause analysis of deviations
- Monitoring warehouse processes to ensure KPI compliance and deriving improvement measures
- Supporting the operations team with analytical evaluations from IT systems
- Handling customer inquiries about metrics and close coordination with shift supervisors, operations management, inventory and other interfaces
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse logistics, ideally in an administrative or analytical role
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) and warehouse/IT systems
- Basic understanding of relevant KPIs (inbound, outbound, inventory)
- Analytical, structured and meticulous way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Solution-oriented thinking and high reliability
