About the role

  • Lead the identification and conversion of new business opportunities aligned to national growth targets and individual sales objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies using market intelligence, customer insights and sector knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to support long-term account development.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, tenders and pricing strategies tailored to complex project logistics requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal and Solution Design to develop competitive, compliant solutions.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and support contract execution in line with margin and governance expectations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM systems.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for CEVA’s integrated logistics capabilities across all business lines.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in business development within logistics and supply chain.
  • Strong track record of securing complex, high-value contracts.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to contract negotiation and handover.
  • Deep understanding of transport, warehousing and integrated 3PL solutions, ideally within a project logistics environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience developing pricing models and managing margin expectations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted partnerships.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple functions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Must provide proof of work rights and suitable professional referees; undergo a medical assessment and national police check if progressed.
