About the role
- Conduct time & motion studies and evaluate production standards.
- Analyze material and operational flows and lead project teams in design solutions.
- Monitor performance metrics and track trends in capacity planning and staffing requirements.
- Plan and design workflows, process maps, and layouts for optimum efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
- Proficient hands-on experience with preferred methods, engineered standards, MSD, and time studies.
- At least 3 plus years of direct experience in distribution automation technology including Warehouse Controller Systems (WCS), RF Technology, and various sortation systems.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
