About the role
- Manage litigation related to incidents and damage affecting vessels
- Handle claims brought against vessels
- Draft legal documents and pursue recourse against insurers
- Conduct legal monitoring and oversee legal files in coordination with external counsel and experts
Requirements
- Master’s degree (equivalent to French Master 2) in Maritime Law and/or Transport Law, Insurance, or International Trade
- Strong knowledge of regulations relating to vessels and crews
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Proficient with IT tools and office software
