About the role
- Overall responsibility for the implementation of civil engineering projects
- Provide the necessary construction expertise
- Ensure compliance with contractual scope and specifications
- Coordinate the preparation of construction contracts
- Maintain close collaboration with support functions
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; minimum 5 years’ experience in port, logistics, or maritime construction
- Strong command of planning, budgetary and contract management
- Deep analytical ability and document management skills
- Proficient with MS Project, CAD, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic and Spanish are a plus)
