About the role
- manage the smooth flow of daily transport operations
- coordinate customer orders
- book shipments
- monitor progress across multiple orders
- act as the first point of contact for operational queries
- handle requests and disruptions
- escalate issues when needed
- investigate data inconsistencies
- support KPI reporting
- help maintain compliance with CEVA processes
Requirements
