About the role
- Good control the delivery from supplier
- Good coordination with warehouse and CEVA other departments
- Correct information input into system and data maintenance
- Daily data input and WMS data maintenance
- Prepare daily and monthly report to client
- Closely work with operation department
- Answer customer's inquiries
- Provide professional service to client
- Handle the complaint from client
- Control the cost
- Get the order list from client and prepare order picking and packing document to operation department accordingly
- Daily work output report to client
- Create job file in finance system
Requirements
- College degree or above
- One year experience in 3PL
- Skilled in MS office
- Skilled at Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Sensitive for the figures
- Familiar with excel and word
- Use English to write email
- Good communicational skill and English
- Hard working and cooperative
