About the role
- Manage and support a Learning Solutions organization of approximately 10 internal employees, supplemented by 2 external consultants
- Develop a culture of autonomy, accountability and results
- Build, steer and continuously evolve the roadmap for Learning tools and platforms
- Proactively propose functional, technical and organizational improvements
- Drive adoption of new tools and processes through structured change management strategies
- Oversee functional management and continuous optimization of Learning platforms
- Structure and leverage HR & Learning data to produce high-value analyses and insights
- Maintain structured, transparent and regular communication with stakeholders
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Computer Science / Information Systems
- Proven experience (minimum 12 years)
- Demonstrated experience managing teams, overseeing budgets and working with complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Ability to structure, prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in parallel
- Strong experience in IT project management within an international context
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Comfortable interacting with senior/top management
