- Oversee organization’s processes, quality and continuous improvements topics
- Ensure policies targeting excellence through continuous improvements are applied
- Responsible for continuous improvement aspects and quality topics
- Support and ensure updates of operational documents
- Lead ISO 9001 certification audit for the RUN process
Requirements
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in management system implementation or maintenance
- Green belt certification is a plus
- Knowledge in overland, Air and Sea transportation is a plus
