About the role

  • Point of contact (m/f/d) for both colleagues from administration and colleagues from the warehouse
  • Onboarding of new employees, in particular organizing and managing employee ID cards
  • Support for personnel administration and administrative HR processes
  • Management and coordination of all service providers (primarily personnel service providers, but also waste disposal companies and other partners)
  • Responsibility for ordering and invoicing goods and services (including in systems such as Web3 and Medius)
  • Support in the preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of audits
  • Various back-office and administrative tasks — in short: you keep everything running

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in back office, administration, or operations is an advantage
  • Good Excel skills — it is a central working tool
  • Good German language skills, written and spoken, are required; English or an Eastern European language is a plus for day-to-day work
  • A very reliable and independent working style — you enjoy taking responsibility
  • Enjoy working in a team and being willing to find unconventional solutions when needed
