About the role

  • Deploy and implement the action plan linked to the “People, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion” pillar
  • Conduct and ensure the reporting of the pillar while ensuring smooth and regular communication with different stakeholders
  • Conduct and ensure benchmarks and competitive intelligence on “People, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion” topics

Requirements

  • Master degree (BAC+5)
  • Electives: CSR / HR/ Communication
  • A first experience in CSR/HR would be a plus
  • MS office proficiency
  • Fluent level in English mandatory
  • English C2
