About the role
- Draft, negotiate and secure IT, digital, cloud and cybersecurity contracts
- Advise IT (CIO) departments, Procurement, Cybersecurity and Innovation teams on technology and AI projects
- Assess legal risks (IT/AI/cybersecurity) and propose practical operational solutions
- Maintain legal watch, ensure cyber compliance and manage digital incidents and pre‑litigation matters
- Train and raise awareness among teams while contributing to Legal Tech, CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and legal transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business Law, Contract Law and/or Digital/New Technologies Law
- Proven early-career experience within a large international group, an IT department, a Procurement function or a law firm specializing in IT/digital/cybersecurity
- Excellent command of contract law and digital/IT law
- Good knowledge of IT environments: cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructures, application architecture, data management
- Understanding of AI-related issues (governance, risks, compliance, intellectual property)
- Ability to assess cyber requirements and embed them into contracts (audits, SLAs, reversibility, operational security)
- Comfortable with digital tools and Legal Tech
- Full professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken (drafting and negotiation)
