About the role
- Ensure all necessary information regarding outbound cargo is communicated in a timely manner
- Track and verify vessel departures and coordinate transportation requirements
- Prepare the pro forma invoice for timely submission to shipping lines
- Complete the Manifest (ACI / AMS / AFR) on time
- Dispatch shipping documents in a timely manner
Requirements
- Ensure rapid and accurate dissemination of information and documents related to outbound cargo

- Complete the Manifest on time
