About the role
- Managing, coaching, developing, and evaluating the employees in your team
- Leading the daily operations and responsible for achieving KPI’s and plans
- Cooperation with your colleagues and the Controlroom for optimal overall process
- Optimizing the efficiency of people and resources
- Making improvement proposals regarding the logistics process
- Carrying out measurements, making reports and analyses
- Conducting performance and assessment interviews, absence counseling
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment (LEAN/5S)
Requirements
- Hbo work and thinking level
- At least 3 years of work experience in a dynamic work environment
- People management experience
- Ambitious, hardworking, and stress resistant
- Fulltime available and flexible in a 2-shift system
- Good command of the English language verbally and in writing
