About the role
- Direct daily operations and provide leadership for assigned personnel
- Communicate with Resource Planning, Inventory Management, Quality, and Operations Management to resolve production issues
- Ensure we meet or exceed all customer SLA’s and Operating plan performance metrics
- Lead a team of up to 25 fulltime/temporary Outbound associates
- Train, review, and coach associates on department instructions, processes, procedures, and policies
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a fast paced, high volume, distribution, or manufacturing warehouse
- Basic math skills
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of RF gun and WMS functions
- Pre-employment drug screen required
