About the role
- Develop working relationships with internal and external customers
- Assist with account management like maintaining customer profiles and service needs
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding shipments, billing, and services
- Track orders and shipments and assist with tracing as needed
- Create and process invoices and assist with operational reports
Requirements
- High School graduate or GED
- Five years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment
- Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and specific software applications
- Ability to prepare basic reports, queries, and operational information
- Ability to track and trace shipments
