About the role

  • Ensure the success of projects and deliverables: collaborate with the project manager and other team members, or work fully independently, to ensure project progress and the quality of deliverables while complying with Group standards.
  • Work cross-functionally to engage stakeholders and gather key data.
  • Provide pertinent analyses, contribute to reports, and present your recommendations to the CEO.
  • Personal and collective development: stay informed about industry trends to navigate diverse discussions with ease.
  • Apply best practices, tools, or innovative approaches when appropriate.
  • Contribute to the upskilling and development of other team members.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from a top-tier academic institution
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a demanding international environment on strategic projects, ideally at a top-tier consulting firm or within a strategic division of a large corporate group
  • Open-mindedness and international experience
  • Strong team spirit
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • High adaptability and flexibility in fast-changing environments
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to add value and propose relevant solutions
  • Fluent in French and very good command of English
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally
