About the role

  • Implement and deploy the action plan related to the “People, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion” pillar and coordinate volunteer initiatives: disability, school relations, and other CSR topics
  • Manage and ensure reporting for the pillar while maintaining clear and regular communication with various stakeholders
  • Perform benchmarking and competitive intelligence on People, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion topics

Requirements

  • Degree: Master’s degree (Bac+5)
  • Specialization: CSR / HR / Communications
  • Experience: Prior experience in CSR or HR is a plus
  • Hard skills: Proficiency in MS Office and fluent English required
  • Language: English C2
  • Soft skills: Proactive, curious, autonomous, responsive; excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to working in the corporate social responsibility field (environmental or social)
