About the role

  • Analyze market identification at country level using both implemented systems and external sources
  • Perform and maintain agency sales segmentation
  • Assign and regularly update customer allocations (territories & sales representatives)
  • Conduct CRM quality checks (visits, calls, coverage, leads, opportunities, heat map)
  • Follow up on sales performance and create sales lead to fill the gap
  • Support and monitor target‑setting processes from HO to agencies and sales teams
  • Train Sales Teams on sales tools, CRM systems, and related processes
  • Support field implementation of sales procedures and monitor adoption
  • Perform regular CRM audit checks
  • Prepare Sales, Trade & Marketing presentations and business reporting
  • Create and maintain BI dashboards and performance reports
  • Support benchmarking and marketing‑related activities
  • Act an active role in project with various stake holders from different teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Effectiveness, Business Analysis, or CRM‑related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and ensure data quality.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with Sales Teams, Management, and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Knowledge of statistical methods, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Experience in creating dashboards and performance reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar), including data integrity checks.
  • Fluency in written & verbal English is a must (part of the interview will be conducted in English).
