About the role

  • Serve as a strategic enabler that centralizes and standardizes project governance for Global Business Services within NORTAM Air and Ocean product.
  • Ensuring all transformation initiatives, process enhancements, and technology rollouts align with organizational growth targets and operational efficiency goals.
  • Support the Regional Ops Manager in defining and executing the strategic agenda for GBS Roadmap within the Region.
  • Manage and oversee cross-functional strategic projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Optimize the Regional Ops Manager time by managing priorities, workflows and schedules.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings and engagements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Regional Ops Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Drive effective communication and alignment across teams and business units.
  • Conduct research and analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Manage Regional process improvements with offshore teams.
  • Govern offshore team process and engagement with US country teams.
  • Strong relationships to NORTAM Country Heads, US District Managers, and NORTAM BPS team.

Requirements

  • Business or engineering or Political Science school (Grande Ecole) - Preferable
  • + 10/15 years previous experience in consulting and/or finance sector and/or logistics sector
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge in Business Finance and Logistics
