About the role

  • Act as a strategic change leader for CEVA, shaping and driving the people and culture dimensions of major transformations
  • Shape and lead the overall change strategy for major transformation initiatives
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
  • Design and steer integrated change roadmaps
  • Build, lead, and energize a network of change champions
  • Engage leaders and managers as visible sponsors of change
  • Oversee high‑impact communication and engagement plans
  • Lead workshops and leadership sessions
  • Monitor adoption and impact of change using clear KPIs and qualitative feedback
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in change management

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of solid experience in change management (organizational transformation, process/system rollouts, cultural change, etc.)
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial impacts of transformation (operational efficiency, costs, ROI, risks)
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools with a pragmatic, outcome‑oriented approach
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
