About the role
- Act as a strategic change leader for CEVA, shaping and driving the people and culture dimensions of major transformations
- Shape and lead the overall change strategy for major transformation initiatives
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
- Design and steer integrated change roadmaps
- Build, lead, and energize a network of change champions
- Engage leaders and managers as visible sponsors of change
- Oversee high‑impact communication and engagement plans
- Lead workshops and leadership sessions
- Monitor adoption and impact of change using clear KPIs and qualitative feedback
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in change management
Requirements
- 10–15 years of solid experience in change management (organizational transformation, process/system rollouts, cultural change, etc.)
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial impacts of transformation (operational efficiency, costs, ROI, risks)
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools with a pragmatic, outcome‑oriented approach
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
