About the role
- Assist in processing accounting operations for all departments within the station facility
- Develop and maintain excellent customer service with internal and external customers
- Communicate with customers and suppliers on invoice submissions for payment
- Monitor account profitability including invoicing customers and reviewing supplier invoices
- Assist in processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than one year of related work experience
- Familiarity with accounting operations
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate typing skills
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
