About the role

  • Organize and manage the entire recruitment process through to successful placement – in particular for numerous operational/warehouse employees.
  • Plan and conduct applicant days and on-site selection procedures – including in cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit).
  • Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders, external staffing providers and the employer branding team.
  • Proactively approach potential candidates via various channels and maintain and update the applicant database.
  • Organize and carry out structured interviews to efficiently pre-qualify and select suitable candidates – including for commercial/administrative roles.
  • Analyze and continuously optimize relevant recruiting metrics to ensure a smooth and scalable project setup.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in recruiting – ideally in ramp-up projects within the operational/industrial sector.
  • Degree in a relevant field or comparable vocational qualification.
  • Knowledge of the regional labor market in logistics is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a structured, self-directed way of working.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.
