About the role
- Responsibility for operational capacity and resource planning in close coordination with Inbound and Outbound
- Analyze and optimize throughput and cycle times to increase productivity and process efficiency
- Manage and further develop Standard Cost Allocation (SCA) for transparent cost allocation
- Create, maintain and analyze daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Support peak planning and execution (e.g., Black Friday, seasonal high periods)
- Work closely with department managers to identify and implement improvement initiatives
- Use data analysis to identify bottlenecks early and derive concrete actions
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Data Analytics
- Initial to several years of professional experience in Operations Planning, Controlling or Process Analysis desirable
- Strong understanding of KPI management, process optimization and reporting
- Confident user of MS Excel, Power BI and ideally WMS and ERP systems
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style with strong numerical affinity
- Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
