About the role

  • Assist in troubleshooting local IT issues (e.g., access rights, hardware, network)
  • Ensure the availability and proper functioning of IT equipment (scanners, printers, PCs)
  • Support IT upgrades and assist with rollouts of new systems or hardware
  • Document IT incidents and track resolutions
  • Act as an interface between operational departments and central IT functions

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration or application development, IT systems management clerk) or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in technical support or as an IT administrator, ideally in a logistics environment
  • Good skills in troubleshooting and working with standard hardware and software
  • Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
