About the role
- Ensure that all out of service vehicles are expedited back into service
- Play a crucial role in ensuring vehicle damage, repairs, insurance cases are handled efficiently
- Responsible for assessing vehicle damage to determine extent of repairs
- Manage the full lifecycle of vehicle damage cases including assessment, scheduling, monitoring repair progress
- Liaise directly with clients, providing timely updates and addressing any delays
Requirements
- Experience in a vehicle management environment
- Solid understanding of repair and insurance claims procedures
- Administrative experience
- Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
