About the role
- Manage, coach, develop, and evaluate team employees
- Lead daily operations and achieve KPI’s and plans
- Make decisions for optimal overall process in cooperation with colleagues
- Optimize efficiency of people and resources
- Propose improvements for logistics process
- Conduct measurements, reports, and analyses
- Conduct performance and assessment interviews, absence counseling
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment (LEAN/5S)
Requirements
- People manager experience
- HBO work and thinking level
- Ambitious, hardworking, and stress-resistant
- At least 3 years of work experience in a dynamic environment
- Inspiring leader with a driven mindset
- Full-time availability and flexibility in a 2-shift system
- Good command of the English language verbally and in writing
