About the role
- Lead and manage a sub-process in the Packing department
- Inspire and motivate a team of 5 Team Coordinators and 75 Warehouse Operators
- Ensure the achievement of set KPIs and planning targets
- Continuously improve efficiency of processes
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Conduct measurements, create reports, perform analyses
- Support absence management and maintain a healthy work environment
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor-level thinking and working skills
- Completed MBO-4 education
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a dynamic environment
- Proven leadership experience in a similar (logistics) setting
- Ambitious, hands-on, performing well under pressure
- Solution-oriented and proactive
- Strong command of the English language, spoken and written
- Full-time availability and flexibility to work in a 2-shift schedule
