About the role
- Deliver visibility, proactivity, reactivity, and satisfaction to major accounts
- Monitor financial workflows for transport cost visibility
- Manage pre-invoicing issues and ensure accurate reporting
- Audit invoices and manage disputes for discrepancies
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through proactive communication
- Represent Prism internally and externally to resolve customer issues
- Monitor and improve 3PL performance
Requirements
- Proven track record in transport management or freight forwarding
- Minimum of 5 years experience in transport management / freight forwarding (Air & Sea operations)
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service
- Proficient in customer service management and transport operations
- Good communication skills (English is mandatory, another language is a plus)
- Hands-on approach with a problem-solving attitude
- Proficient with web applications and MS Office (MS Outlook)
- Good knowledge of Air and/or Sea transportation
