About the role

  • Deliver visibility, proactivity, reactivity, and satisfaction to major accounts
  • Monitor financial workflows for transport cost visibility
  • Manage pre-invoicing issues and ensure accurate reporting
  • Audit invoices and manage disputes for discrepancies
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through proactive communication
  • Represent Prism internally and externally to resolve customer issues
  • Monitor and improve 3PL performance

Requirements

  • Proven track record in transport management or freight forwarding
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in transport management / freight forwarding (Air & Sea operations)
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer service
  • Proficient in customer service management and transport operations
  • Good communication skills (English is mandatory, another language is a plus)
  • Hands-on approach with a problem-solving attitude
  • Proficient with web applications and MS Office (MS Outlook)
  • Good knowledge of Air and/or Sea transportation
