About the role
- Assist customers in using digital pricing tools effectively
- Manage quotation requests from both Outside and Inside Sales teams
- Follow up with customers on sent quotations to ensure timely responses
- Support Sales teams with a dedicated portfolio of customers
- Promote CMA CGM Group products and services, including e-commerce, intermodal solutions, value-added services, and supply chain offerings
- Collaborate with pricing teams to resolve disputes (Freight & DDSM claims)
- Act as backup for Outside & Inside Sales when needed
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports for the Sales Support Supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, or related fields)
- Strong understanding of customer needs, products, and market trends
- Knowledge of sales techniques and account management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in pricing and portfolio management
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
- Advanced computer literacy and familiarity with IT applications
- Fluency in written and spoken English (part of the interview will be conducted in English)
