About the role

  • Guide team members in the resolution of issues arising during day-to-day business
  • Act as initial point of escalation for operational issues
  • Monitor and analyze compliance and performance of carriers and suppliers
  • Attend customer meetings on operational topics where required
  • Support the onboarding of suppliers to ensure SOP compliance
  • Monitor KPIs, identify continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements
