About the role
- Guide team members in the resolution of issues arising during day-to-day business
- Act as initial point of escalation for operational issues
- Monitor and analyze compliance and performance of carriers and suppliers
- Attend customer meetings on operational topics where required
- Support the onboarding of suppliers to ensure SOP compliance
- Monitor KPIs, identify continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements
