About the role
- Overseeing IT controlling activities within the Finance organization
- Ensure accurate monthly and quarterly financial closing
- Conduct variance analysis against budget
- Provide strategic insights to top management
- Drive process improvements including offshoring tasks
- Manage and develop a team of 9 IT Controllers and Admin
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and French
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in financial control or FP&A roles, preferably in IT or technology-driven environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving process improvements
