About the role

  • On a fixed-term contract (maternity cover), the Human Resources Officer is responsible for the operational management of HR activities within their scope.
  • Support managers and employees on a daily basis and contribute to the implementation of HR processes and projects, in coordination with the HR Manager.
  • Implement HR processes and policies within their scope in coordination with the HR Manager.
  • Manage employee administrative processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR procedures and the legal framework.
  • Participate in the management of individual employee relations (disciplinary matters, follow-up on individual cases).
  • Respond to first-level HR questions from employees and managers (contracts, absences, training, careers, internal rules).
  • Assist managers in applying basic employment law and HR procedures.
  • Refer to HR specialists (payroll, employee relations, training) when necessary.
  • Collect and analyze recruitment needs from managers.
  • Draft job advertisements.
  • Organize the administrative and operational onboarding of new employees.
  • Monitor probationary periods.
  • Manage employee departures: coordinate the exit process, conduct exit interviews, and transmit information to payroll.
  • Participate in identifying training needs.
  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the skills development plan.
  • Update HR dashboards and metrics.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or Management
  • Prior successful experience in Human Resources (internship or similar role)
  • Good knowledge of employment law and personnel administration
  • Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel with rigor and strong organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude, discretion, and team spirit
  • Strong writing skills and proficiency with office and HR tools
