Requirements

  • You have 5-8 years of experience in product design. You specialize in UX/UI and user research. You have a foundational understanding of front-end development, visual design, and design systems.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Ability and desire to justify design decisions with strong rationale.
  • Experience designing features for software applications and systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience conducting user research.
  • Experience working with client stakeholders in an agency or freelance setting.
  • You’re ready to collaborate.
  • You stay informed about design trends and best practices.
  • You have a solid grasp of fundamental design principles.
  • You communicate effectively.
