• Support the strategic and operational functions of the Legal Department.
• Manage vendor relationships, oversee legal budgets and spend, implement best practices.
• Support the administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle, including intake, coordination, execution, tracking, and maintenance within a CLM or CMS.
• Support the Legal department’s broader strategic initiatives.

Legal Operations Specialist

General Counsel

• Supports the Head of Legal by providing legal advice and hands-on support related to contract review and negotiation
• Participates in litigation and dispute management
• Supports contract negotiations, escalates non-standard risk
• Provides timely and accurate legal advice with supervision
• Proactively addresses potential litigation, claims and disputes
• Drafts correspondence and standard settlement agreements with supervision
• Supports on developing strategy and selecting and managing outside counsel

Counsel

• Supports the Head of Legal by providing legal advice and hands-on support related to contract review and negotiation.
• Manages dispute and litigation related matters.
• Works closely with project executives, risk management, and prequalification teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Drafts, reviews, and revises standard contracts with supervision.
• Participates in litigation and dispute management.
• Supports contract negotiations, escalates non-standard risk.
• Provides timely and accurate legal advice under supervision.

• The Counsel role supports the Head of Legal by providing legal advice and hands-on support related to contract review and negotiation.
• Dispute and litigation management.
• General legal guidance for projects in execution.
• Works closely with project executives, risk management, and prequalification teams to proactively identify and mitigate legal risk.
• Promotes compliance with applicable laws.
• Drafts, reviews, and revises standard contracts with supervision.

• Supports contract negotiations, escalates non-standard risk.
