About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Counsel role supports the Head of Legal by providing legal advice and hands-on support related to contract review and negotiation.
Dispute and litigation management.
General legal guidance for projects in execution.
Works closely with project executives, risk management, and prequalification teams to proactively identify and mitigate legal risk.
Promotes compliance with applicable laws.
Drafts, reviews, and revises standard contracts with supervision.
Participates in litigation and dispute management.
Supports contract negotiations, escalates non-standard risk.
Provides timely and accurate legal advice under supervision.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice in or willing to become licensed in applicable jurisdiction(s).
2-8 years of experience
Experience in construction law and contract review
