About the role
- Design, develop, and implement scalable APIs powering the payments ecosystem
- Architect disruptive technical solutions in collaboration with leaders and cross-functional teams
- Build and sustain automated test suites to ensure quality
- Investigate and resolve production issues with agility and precision
- Leverage AI tools and frameworks to optimize development, including AI-assisted code analysis, automated testing, and predictive solutions
- Mentor and inspire fellow engineers, fostering technical growth and excellence
Requirements
- Passion for AI and Automation; experience with ChatGPT, Cursor, AI-assisted debugging tools, or ML-enhanced CI/CD pipelines
- Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies
- Advanced English for clear communication with a multicultural, distributed team
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote team and deliver results independently
- (Nice to have) Experience with Golang or another relevant programming language
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with Brazil’s Payments Ecosystem: SPI, SPB, CIP, and installment payments
