About the role
- Own the quality, health, and profitability of critical client relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to guide clients through transformational journeys.
- Drive 30% year-on-year revenue growth in your portfolio.
- Partner with Delivery, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Transition contracts from fixed-price projects to long-term teams.
- Manage the entire sales cycle for assigned accounts, including RFPs and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-impact solutions.
- Track project progress and communicate updates effectively to clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B sales experience in the software or services industry
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry and its regulatory landscape (e.g., data sovereignty, cloud compliance).
- Ability to articulate the value of cloud technologies (Google Cloud) and digital transformation to non-technical stakeholders.
