About the role

  • Initial contract template drafting, including creation of prep questionnaires for new contract requests
  • Respond to Services & Fees and Standard Terms requests
  • Maintenance of new business deal tracker
  • Primary contact for automated date change requests
  • Draft customer amendments to global contracts
  • Collaborate with other internal departments including commercial, sales, legal, and customer success to ensure alignment with document drafting
  • Contract Signature Support using company designated e-signature software (DocuSign)
  • Ensure consistent recordkeeping and version control, ensuring file updates are posted to designated systems/folders and distributed within the business as applicable
  • Post-signature close down process for newly signed contracts, including update to sales CRM system
  • Provide secondary support for NDA process and mailbox
  • Participate in company related projects and change initiatives
  • Other ad hoc queries as they arise

Requirements

  • Experience working within a Contract Management/Sales Operations department
  • Intermediate level working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, and experience with other types of business software applications
  • Ability to drive communication and build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task between various business software applications (i.e., CRM, ticketing systems, etc.) and prioritize multiple workstreams
  • Detail Orientated – Proof Reading
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Process driven/process improvement ideology
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
