About the role

  • Research the global payroll market, competitive landscape and partner ecosystem to develop a deep understanding of alliance opportunities and partner value propositions
  • Develop multi-channel campaign plans and strategies aligned with alliance revenue goals and the partner lifecycle, including recruitment, enablement and pipeline acceleration
  • Develop an annual alliance campaign plan aligned with alliance priorities, go-to-market initiatives, timelines and budgets
  • Produce written campaign briefs outlining clear objectives tied to partner engagement, activation and pipeline growth
  • Clearly position the CloudPay value proposition to prospective and existing partners, aligning CloudPay capabilities to partner service offerings
  • Develop and execute partner recruitment campaigns targeting priority service and technology partners
  • Equip partners with sales tools, messaging and training materials to support co-selling success
  • Target and activate priority partner sellers through coordinated marketing programs and collaboration with Business Development representatives
  • Run nurture campaigns for partner referrals to improve lead conversion and accelerate pipeline velocity
  • Drive demand to partner with existing customers and prospects through integrated campaigns and BDR outreach
  • Deliver joint campaigns and events with the top service partners to generate awareness and qualified opportunities
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns through digital channels, email, webinars, in-person events and account-based tactics in support of alliance growth
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to measure and report on campaign performance, including sourced and influenced pipeline metrics
  • Collaborate closely with Alliances, Sales and Business Development teams to ensure seamless handoff and follow-up of partner-generated opportunities

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Extensive full-time marketing experience required
  • Experience in alliance, channel or partner marketing strongly preferred
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS or technology solutions preferred
  • Strong commercial focus with a clear understanding of revenue contribution, pipeline management and performance metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sourced and influenced pipeline through partner and joint marketing initiatives
  • Experience partnering with global Sales, Business Development and Alliances teams to coordinate and deploy joint go to market programs
  • Strong planning, tracking and project management skills
  • Experience with Monday.com is a plus
  • Proven analytical skills using Excel and PowerPoint to analyse data and communicate results
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
  • Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and shift workload to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of alliance initiatives in a high-growth environment
