About the role
- Support project teams in the implementation of new clients onto the CloudPay platform
- Work closely with Project Managers and Payroll Subject Matter Experts/In Country Providers
- Act as the client’s main point of contact for payroll-specific queries
- Understand payroll to review and validate the client’s payroll details for completeness
- Perform gap analysis between the client’s current payroll and CloudPay’s payroll platform
- Ensure payroll review processes are followed and documents are signed off
- Ensure thorough testing of development work is signed off by clients
- Transition newly implemented projects to the Regional Operations team
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll processing or HRIS implementation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and document client requirements
- Experience in the implementation of payroll and/or HR solutions
- Knowledge of how a business operates and achieves profitability
- Knowledge of different international payrolls and statutory requirements
- High degree of competence with MS Office suite of software
- Experience with different payroll platforms in the setup phase and operating phase of payroll, especially Sage, Meta4, Highline, Oracle, SAP
- Experience working with cross-functional teams on a variety of projects, including new business, process development, partner and vendor management
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to all levels of business stakeholders
- Achieving results through 3rd parties and vendor / partner management skills
- Cooperating with multiple agencies that are not under the job holder’s direct control
