About the role
- sourcing potential candidates via different channels
- preparing recruitment materials and posting job adverts on various job boards
- cooperating with schools and universities to attract the best talent
- conducting 1st round interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers
- consulting and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- delivering induction training for newcomers and supporting them during the onboarding process
- acting as a key point of contact for HR/recruitment related matters
- collecting feedback from adaptation and exit interviews
- delivering regular HR reporting and keeping the data up-to-date
- participating in various HR and process improvement projects
Requirements
- previous experience in recruitment or a related field
- fast learner who can orientate yourself quickly in new environments and react efficiently to changing priorities
- fluent in English and another European language, German highly preferred
