About the role
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple EMEA and APAC countries.
- Partner with payroll vendors to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Review and approve payroll outputs, reconciliations, and funding. Stay on top of legislative changes and ensure payroll compliance in each country.
- Lead the Payroll transformation work for APAC and EMEA countries. Collaborate with HR, Accounting, Equity, and Benefits teams on cross-functional processes. Support new country launches, acquisitions, and system implementations.
- Manage employee payroll queries and act as a regional point of escalation. Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate payroll processes
Requirements
- 8+ years of payroll experience, with strong exposure to both EMEA and APAC regions.
- Proven experience managing multi-country payrolls and external vendors.
- Solid understanding of regional payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across geographies and functions.
- Experience with global HRIS and payroll platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP Celergo) is a plus.
